Enjoyed Marrakesh, the hotel was great next to the traditional market of Marrakech. The staff was very amiable, offered wake up service and ironing free of charge. The rooms were brand-new and had electric blankets and down pillows. Coffee & tea making facilities, an oven and a washing machine were a huge plus. The location was lovely for walking around a main square.

Most likely, one of the best value for money in this hotel. The rooms are clean and special, mixing modern style and traditional Moroccan style with very comfortable beds, linen, and towels of excellent quality. The staff is amazing, very kind and helpful. The location is very good, with souks, gardens, and hamams nearby. The breakfast is good, although it could have a few more choices for different tastes. this hotel is a great place to stay in terms of its value, service, and basic amenities. All was ok.

The New Moon is like a treasure trove of amenities - bikes, lounge, terrace, restaurant, bar. They even thought of business travelers with their dry cleaning and fax services. And breakfast? So many options, I felt like a buffet connoisseur.
Oh, just a minor detail - the floor, shower room, and wardrobe were all pretty grimy. But who needs cleanliness when you have all those fancy perks, right?

Complementary traditional drinks upon arrival and refreshing treats in the room were a pleasant surprise. the location was perfect for exploring the vibrant market and cultural experiences nearby. We loved the peaceful and enchanting rooftop terrace view in the evening, perfect for stargazing and enjoying a romantic dinner.
The alleyway leading to the hotel can be quite dark and difficult to navigate at night.
